  • Becoming More Self-Aware With Kamini Wood - Episode 179
    May 24 2023

I am thrilled to be sitting down to chat with another beautiful human being this week who is truly about empowering women to live their best life. This week I am talking with Kamini Wood, the creator of AuthenticMe and the CEO of Live Joy Your Way. Kamini's coaching company helps teens and high achieving, ambitious individuals shake free of their fears, unhelpful mindsets, and behaviors in order to have healthy relationships and move forward on the professional path they choose.

Kamini and I discuss how she went from a people pleasing perfectionist holding herself back by playing small into someone who recognizes her worth and sees that by embracing it she can create room for others to do the same.

Kamini is also a mom of 5, one who is a professional ballerina and another who is a division 1 athlete. We discuss how her role as a mother was a real catalyst in her career change and how she has used her knowledge as a coach to also empower her own children.

This episode is filled with wisdom and takeaways centered on how we can all become more self-aware in order to get back to the heart of who we really and truly are.

Please be sure to find and follow Kamini on Instagram under @itsauthenticme and on Facebook under @kaminiwoodcertifiedlifecoach. You can also find Kamini on Pinterest at, https://pin.it/4CN5d5g.
