  • The Keys
    Mar 16 2021
Recently I had a dream or vision of being inside a prison and was walking down the main corridor with cells on each side. Many of the prisoners were protesting their innocence and wanting out of their cell.  The KEYS  . . . Imprisoned we are  . . . Inside walls  erected and built  by our own beliefs,  inactions, self-deceptions  and normalized behaviors.  Locked behind doors of behavior patterns.  These are our cells. Small keys  unlock big doors,  releasing guilty captives. Those KEYS  freely available to release  open teachable hearts  waiting to hear a revelation  . . . Which is - The Master Key! Reflection  As I was watching the vision unfold, it drew my attention to the door locks. There were keys in different positions in the locks and on different sides of the locks. The first cell it directed me to had the key in the lock on the inside of the cell. Because the prisoner inside was protesting their innocence, the key was hidden from them.  I explained to the prisoner to settle down and stop protesting and told them they already had the key on their side of the door. All they had to do was apply what they knew and turn the key themselves and they would be free. The next cell had a key on the outside of the door, and I was the person who had to turn it to release them. This key was significant in that I unlocked the door by explaining what action they needed to take in order to be permanently released from that cell. Once they agreed to put their faith into action and committed to establishing this as a regular part of life, the door could be unlocked.  The next cell I came to was the same scene except there were 2 keys in the lock. There was a key on my side and a key on their side of the door. The importance here is the sequence required to release them. I had to unlock the door from my side first before the key on the other side could be unlocked.  Interpretation  This case was different because both keys were conditional to the sequence being followed. The first key was on my side and I had to share what the revelation was to them and make sure they understood it properly.  The second key was only activated when the person received the revelation and understood it fully and would take the action to put the revelation into practice. Once these 2 things were understood and there was a commitment to putting them into practice, I could turn the key. The key would not activate if only the first part ie, the revelation was understood but no commitment to taking action.  What I have shared here today is based upon the revelation I received from the scripture. How we think about ourselves is the truth about ourselves. This is well summed up in the first part of Proverbs 23:7 TPT For as he thinks within himself, so is he.  As we change our thinking, we change our destinies. In Ephesians 4:23 NKJV - and be renewed in the spirit of your mind. Look at this from the perspective of your thinking being a cell you are temporarily imprisoned in. I say temporarily because we have the choice of Keys to staying or be released.  No matter how free anyone believes they are, they are imprisoned in their own cell, inside the prison called Self. The truth is, we are all self-deceived in some way and consequently stuck in our own prisons because of this. We NEED to be open-hearted and teachable to hear the snippets or keys which let us out of the cells we are caught in. Here's the thing, we go from cell to cell and this is normal in life. Getting unstuck is a simple matter of finding the key for the lock. True freedom only comes when you understand and implement the keys. Questions  # Have you ever considered yourself as being a prisoner or freeman determined by your own thinking?  # Are you training yourself to remain teachable and open-hearted, if so how are you doing...
