While Greek organizations were founded on principles of sisterhood, brotherhood, service, and uplift, there are moments when tradition, loyalty, and silence can intersect in harmful ways.

This episode explores the concept of trauma bonding—when shared pain or adversity is mistaken for connection—and how that dynamic can show up in hazing practices. We discuss why these patterns persist, how they are often normalized, and the long-term emotional and psychological impact they can have on individuals and communities.
