  • Summer in 168's
    May 15 2024

Join Coach Chris to talk about how to break your summer into 168's.

How can you make the most of your summer, so when the first bell of the new school year rings you and the youth in your life will look back with a smile and be grateful for the memories created and the goals achieved.

Summer is on our doorstep, which means a lot for youth and families.

    • The number of hours in the week (168) won't change, but the flexibility in how to spend them will - spend them intentionally!

    • Remind the youth in your life of the many opportunities before them. What can they try, experience, create, and do with their summer?

    • Help them learn to budget their time - especially this summer - to be in favor of the goals they have for their journey. Remember this is best taught by what you as the trusted adults in their lives model for them - how will you budget your and your family's time this summer?

    May 8 2024

Coach Chris sat down with Rev. Dr. April Davis-Campbell for a conversation about many things this week. Sit back, they talked a bit longer than on other episodes but we trust you'll find some great value in joining them for Growing Up this week.

Rev. Dr. April Davis-Campbell currently serves as the Pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church of Woodbury, MN. She loves spending time with her family, 'noticing things', and so much more. We know you'll love this week's conversation with this great leader!

A question to ponder as you go through your week from April, how do we choose to spend our cup of energy?
