behind Hanlyn Property Management, one of Hamilton’s leading full-service property

management firms.

Cory’s journey started during his psychology studies at McMaster University, where

his curiosity for real estate turned into a full-blown passion. Over the past 15 years, he

has acquired, redeveloped, and optimized more than 30 properties, mastering the art

of identifying value and unlocking potential in overlooked spaces.

In 2016, Cory co-founded Hanlyn, which now manages over 700 residential and

commercial units across Hamilton and surrounding communities. As a Licensed

Realtor and General Contractor, he helps investors maximize returns while creating

quality housing that strengthens neighbourhoods.
