Subconscious release in psychology refers to techniques that bypass the logical mind to heal emotional, behavioral, and somatic (body-based) patterns stored in the subconscious, which governs >90% of our feelings and habits. It uses tools like visualization, breathwork, and somatic movement to process trapped emotions, "reprogram" outdated beliefs, and reduce anxiety, often without needing to verbally articulate the original, sometimes traumatic, experience.
