This 4th of July for the United States, I’m proud to have this Veteran speak on PTSD & Depression from a male’s point of view. He speaks of the importance of time management, self-care, and healing, as he guides us through his story of trauma and self-discovery. Having intense experiences during his military service, coming back from death, and finding himself in a deep depression could have left him in a dark place and not loving his life.
