Throughout the conversation, themes of mental health, parenting, and personal growth are examined, highlighting the complexities of relationships and the importance of communication and therapy. Lindy Vogel (aka Sweary Mommy) shares her experiences navigating relationships, the challenges of parenting, and her journey with bipolar disorder. She discusses the creation of her publication, Sweary Mommy, as a platform for real and humorous parenting stories. Lindy opens up about her manic episodes, the impact on her family, and the importance of breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. The conversation emphasizes the need for authenticity in parenting and the value of community support. It is another great example of life throwing a crappy situation someone's way, and them putting up that middle finger and saying, "ok cool. I got it." A best lived life is sometimes being defiant to the fact life wants to pull you to your knees.
