As we go through our daily routines, we spend majority of our time searching for that feel-good attitude: happiness. Wether this be done through spending time with people we love, our favorite hobby, or consuming our favorites foods, we have a tendency to actively seek out activities and feelings that are presumed to make us happy. However, can too much happiness become a bad thing? Just like anything else, "more" is not always more. This podcast strives to breakdown the dangers that are brought on to an individual when one begins to experience excessively high amounts of happy, care-free feelings.

    Welcome to Happy Medium! I'm so glad you're here. This first episode will take you through a brief introduction of what it means to be happy and how we may seek out happiness. More importantly however, we will discuss in a brief overview the dangers that an individual may be faced with when experiencing too much happiness within their everyday lives. Joined in this episode by my good friend, Thomas Ferrara, we will be upholding a conversation about how one may seek out happiness and where it can start to go wrong.
