In life, there’s no greater wealth than health.
What we eat, how we live can truly reward us a long, healthy life.
Traditionally, when we think about health, we think of the physical aspect of it. Good food, good diet, etc etc.
But the truth is? Our health isn’t just about how we eat, how fit we are on the outside.
It’s also about our mental well-being. We cannot be truly healthy if we’re not in the right mental headspace and we can’t truly be healthy if we’re not fit on the outside.
And so, today, on Roaring 20s, we want to touch upon the criticality of having a Healthy Body and a Healthy Mind. For this, I have Clinical Nutritionist, Pulloma Pukalle on board, who will dive deep into the synergies between our physical and mental wellbeing.
