  • Healthy Habits for Your Everyday Routine (Ft. My Boyfriend)
    Dec 24 2024

We are back with another episode! Today, we'll be talking about healthy habits, specifically for your everyday routine. This episode is also special because my first guest is here with me today... my boyfriend! I'm always so inspired by his healthy habits, and I was excited for him to be here and discuss this topic with me. Side note: Please ignore the lower quality of our voices-- I'm still figuring out the best way to do the podcast with people remotely, so bear with me! And with that, enjoy, and happy holidays :)

  • Ways to Take Care of Your Mental Health
    Dec 6 2024

We're shifting gears and turning to a topic that I believe is important to share. Mental health is something that I've always taken seriously, and I wanted to give everyone a gentle reminder to take care of yourselves first before taking care of other things and people. Life can get busy and stressful, especially now, and I hope to encourage those who've been neglecting their mental health, to remember to stop...breathe...and reset. I'm going to share some of the ways that I try to take care of my own mental health, and hopefully this reminds you to do so, too.

  • Too Many Live-Action Remakes? Unpopular Opinions (1)
    Nov 29 2024

For today's episode, I thought it'd be fun to discuss some of my unpopular opinions. From expressing which car I think is the most underrated, to wanting less live-action remakes in order to keep the magic of animated movies alive, there's a lot to unpack. So get comfy, get situated, and lets dive into a fun little debate.
