Joan and Maria talk about the "Hello Kitty Murder".
The victim in the hideous crime was named Fan Man-Yee. She didn't have a great childhood being abandoned and placed into a girl group home. At an early age, she started to do drugs and began prostitution to pay for her drug habits. She was 23 years old and working as a hostess in a nightclub when she met the man that would ultimately end her life. This man's name was Chan Man-Lok a 34-year-old man with a 14-year-old "girlfriend" who ended up spilling the beans about Fan Man-Yee's murder. Fan Man-Yee was desperate for money and stole about 4,000 dollars off of Chan Man-Lok who was a pimp and drug dealer. Once he realized that she took his money things turned horrible for Man-Yee. Along with his minions, and 14-year-old "girlfriend", Chan Man-Lok kidnapped and tortured Man-yee for a month until she passed away from her torture. But authorities are uncertain as to what really killed her. Because they dismembered her body and cooked it and tossed it away with regular household trash. Only keeping her decapitated head (which was found in a Hello Kitty Mermaid Doll.) and a few of her teeth and organs as trophies.
