Niko and Adelaine are thrown into a world-changing battle for control of the Bayou, where a new, monstrous power is unleashed and the losses are unimaginable. As the dust settles, two divine beings, God and Lilith, arrive and begin to establish a "New World Order."

The PCs are forced to join this new world, but when a shocking plan is revealed, they must make a difficult choice. A small group of resistance fighters forms, and the PCs are now faced with one final mission to save the world from the most powerful beings the modern world has ever seen.
