In this episode, we talk about fear - and Aaron starts with the assessment that living with Fear is a healthy thing. We talk about the physical responses the body has when you are under constant stress, the impact of the stress hormones has both short and long term. This then gets Paul talking about how he has gotten fed up with some in the church that say the only way to get better with mental health is to just be a better Christian. And you get to hear what Paul sounds like when he is under stress.
