More about Katrina: Katrina is a CDC Certified Divorce Coach, Licensed Social Worker, and Trauma Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience helping women navigate the challenges of high-conflict divorce. With deep expertise in trauma, narcissistic abuse, and complex family dynamics, she empowers her clients to move through the legal, financial, and emotional struggles of divorce with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Taking a holistic and integrative approach, Katrina utilizes evidence-based practices—including EMDR, parts work, and somatic techniques—to help clients regulate their nervous systems, release the impact of trauma, and reconnect with their inner strength. Drawing on both her professional career and personal journey, Katrina understands firsthand the isolation and overwhelm that come with leaving abusive or high-conflict relationships. She partners with women as a compassionate advocate and strategic guide, helping them avoid common pitfalls, find their voice in the process, and rebuild lives rooted in strength and hope.
Beyond her coaching practice, Katrina is an active member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and serves as an expert witness in high-conflict cases. She collaborates with attorneys, judges, GALs, and other professionals to bring awareness to coercive control, financial abuse, parental alienation, and other hidden forms of harm—ensuring survivors and children receive the support they deserve both inside and outside the courtroom. Katrina’s mission is to help women not just survive divorce, but emerge from it stronger and ready to create a life more beautiful than they ever imagined.
