  • Our Obsession with Logic (and Why Manifestation Isn’t as Woo as You Think)
    Jan 14 2026

In this episode of the Hit Your Target podcast, I explore our Western obsession with logic and why relying on it alone can actually block clarity, confidence, and change.

Using a real (and slightly unbelievable) story about my son manifesting a piece of signed Formula 1 memorabilia at a school raffle, I unpack what manifestation really is and why it doesn’t have to be fluffy or unscientific.

    l talk about:

    • Why logic = safety in Western culture (and where that breaks down)

    • What manifestation actually means, without the woo woo

    • The Reticular Activating System (RAS) and how focus shapes what you notice

    • Emotional energy, vibration, and what science really says about it

    • How belief, clarity, and action work together to create momentum

This episode is for you if you’re practical, thoughtful, and slightly sceptical, but also curious about how intention, focus, and energy shape the outcomes we experience.

Because maybe life isn’t an equation to solve…Maybe it’s an experiment you’re participating in.

  • Avalanche Adventures: Caroline's Path to Corporate Leadership
    Dec 10 2025

In this episode, I dive into the incredible story of Caroline Elliott - the only British woman to have qualified across all the disciplines of the French ski patrol rescue world: controlled bombing, weather forecasting, and avalanche dog handling.

A graduate of the prestigious École Nationale de Ski et d’Alpinisme in Chamonix, Caroline went on to become the first British woman to join the French Fire and Rescue specialist mountain unit, trained to respond to some of the most dangerous missions imaginable, from gas explosions and building collapses to avalanches and missing persons.

Now a Snow Safety Consultant, Educator, and author of the children’s book Fjord’s Mountain Mission, Caroline’s journey is one of breaking barriers, redefining resilience, and thriving in male-dominated, high-pressure environments.

    We explore:
🎿 How a passion for skiing turned into a career at the cutting edge of avalanche rescue.
🐾 The discipline, intuition, and trust it takes to work as a dog handler in life-or-death situations.
💥 The transferable lessons from operating in crisis that apply to leadership, communication, and team resilience.
💡 How Caroline now uses her experience to help organisations strengthen their culture, wellbeing, and performance.

This conversation is packed with insight, adventure, and inspiration.

So, whether you’re leading a team, chasing a new goal, or simply need a reminder that limits are often self-imposed, this one’s for you.

  • Trust, Intuition & The Traitors: What This Show Teaches Us About Human Psychology
    Nov 26 2025

If you’ve ever watched The Traitors and thought, “I’d totally spot the liar”… this episode might make you think again.

I’m diving into the psychology behind one of my favourite shows; The Traitors, and what it reveals about human behaviour, trust, and intuition.
But this time, I'm talking about the celebrity edition, and how the whole dynamic shifts when we think we already know the players.

From groupthink and bias to the masks we wear at work, l explore why we trust some people instantly, misread others completely, and how our own inner “Traitors” (hello, overthinking head brain 👋) can sabotage us too.

    💡 In this episode:

    • Why the celebrity version changes everything

    • How our brains distort what we see (and why we get it wrong)

    • The link between The Traitors, emotional intelligence, and leadership

    • Head, heart, and gut - how to spot your inner Traitors

    • And… a little admiration for Claudia Winkleman’s wardrobe 💃🧥

Whether you’re leading a team, navigating change, or just love a bit of psychological TV analysis - this one’s for you.
