NEAV has not long returned from a whirlwind trip overseas, where she networked, wrote and recorded some very exciting new music. We chat the impact of those travels, the music we've heard so far and what's still to come.

As well as being our 100th pod, this is also our last of 2025. We'll be back at the end of March after returning from some globe trotting of our own. See ya then!
