  • Fasting – how long should women fast for?

    We catch up mid way through Victoria’s annual fasting stay at the Buchinger Wilhelm clinic in Germany. It’s art spa part integrative medical fasting centre – it’s her third time there, but she’s not there for weight loss as there’s so much more to fasting. Victoria describes the longevity, immune system, skin, liver, muscle and gut health benefits, as well as the profound mental rest she experiences during a nine-day fast, And there’s plenty of nitty gritty: what can you eat (if anything) what do you do all day?
