In this episode I share how affirmations and meditation changed my life. About 10 years ago I began working at a tech-start up in San Francisco, it was loads of fun although the first year was super stressful. One night I had a life changing experience that ultimately led me to begin meditating and using affirmations. 10 years later I'm still at it, and live a much richer and more relaxed life.
