  • #9: Worker's Compensation Coverage
    Feb 15 2021

This has been complicated by recent legislation in California specifically, and now it's being discussed on the federal level. If a random sweep is conducted, and a business doesn't have worker's comp coverage upon inspection, they'll impose an immediate stop order, which means they can shut the business down until there's a worker's comp policy. No employee labor can continue until that company purchases a workers' compensation policy and has it in force. Find out what you can do to protect yourself in today's episode.
