Cheesy Zucchini Fries 1-15-26
1 Mix 1/3 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs, ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
& ¼ tsp of.salt, in a pie plate
- Cut 3 Zucchini into sticks (cut the ends off)
- Dip each stick into milk, then dredge in the cheesy crumbs,
pressing to adhere
- Arrange on a rack on a parchment lined baking sheet &
- coat Sticks with cooking spray
- Bake at 425 degrees in a preheated oven for 25 minutes –
- turning once
- Can be used as a side dish or an appetizer with a Ranch Dip
