The Southeast Missouri (SEMO) Food Bank's Produce Prescription Program partners with healthcare providers like Mercy to provide free, seasonal fruits and vegetables to food-insecure patients with chronic health conditions. Patients are referred by their Mercy provider and can pick up produce twice a month, along with nutrition education, recipes, and cooking opportunities.
