  • Episode 3:The Trauma of Toxic Parenting Part 2
    Oct 16 2020

On episode 3 of Hush! I'm Talking The Podcast Danisha continued the conversation from episode 2. In this episode topics that was covered were:

    1) Different types of toxic parents

    2) Allowing yourself to heal

    3) Breaking free of toxic family traditions

    4) Difference between healthy and toxic families

    5) The effects caused by toxic parenting

    6) Self love

Toxic parenting is something that affects the world, it damages people and we have to find ways to teach people better strategies when it comes to parenting. Children are teachable and lovable beings we must walk in love when we are teaching the future. The

way we treat ourselves will be a reflection of how we treat others. Children should not be punching bags, you have no right traumatizing a child/children. This episode speaks on the consequences that children experience in regard to their parents choices. As adults we have a choice to do better and be better so make sure you are walking in love and kindness always!
