I'm Sophie Fletcher the bestselling author of Mindful Hypnobirthing, and hypnotherapist with over 15 years’ experience of teaching hypnobirthing. I am a fellow of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the UK’s leading professional body for Hypnotherapists and am a regular speaker at national and international conferences.


I'm also a practicing doula for over 10 years, who has attended many births and I have seen first-hand how Hypnobirthing works and which tools can really make a difference.
