What is metaphysics and how does it present itself in manifest form?From the innocence, purity and emptiness of a baby to being full of limiting beliefs imposed on us by this world, which we fully accept (until we don't)...and going back again to the emptiness, innocence and limitlessness of our true nature.Russell is a living testimony to the power of the "prayer project" that he is now sharing with others to experience the power of living in a state of joy, love and abundance regardless of what is happening in your experience."Since discovering the presence, function and nature of my Subconscious Spirit, I have had to re-evaluate my understanding of Spirit, God and other non-physical entities. This understanding continues to change and update over time.I experienced extreme stress and duress in 2022, when I suffered a major financial loss and the loss of my 40 year marriage. Finding myself alone, in good health and still financially solvent, I was faced with having to resolve and transform my “base emotional state” of anxiety and depression.I began the Prayer project to engage and influence my Subconscious spirit with the specific request to change my “base emotional state” to one of joy, love and abundance. Within two months my state had substantially transformed and I began this journey of developing and deepening my relationship with this powerful Spirit as well as my High Spirit to bring about changes to the circumstances of my life. My project is called the Gateway of the Awakened Spirit, and I am creating the content for a website and YouTube Channel that will explain the functions of the Conscious Mind and the Subconscious Mind, how the subconscious, left in isolation will present our lives with a loop of recurring experiences based on past trauma but the possibility to engage and influence it with Prayer can enable us to change our stories and the circumstances of our lives. Members of the Gateway receive detailed information about creating your own Prayer Project, video recordings which demonstrate the process for different problems plus personal email support with me to fine tune the nuances of engaging this amazing power. “Once you really understand how your experience of life is projected as a hologram by your Subconscious Mind and that you have the power to engage and influence the actions of your Subconscious, there will be nothing more important in your life than exploring, practicing and strengthening your ability to wield this power. “ Russell Cohn, Fall of 2024.After reading Pema Chodron’s book (When Things Fall Apart) and then immersed in Joe Dispenza’s, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, and faithfully performing the mental/emotional exercises he suggests, the memories from Maxwell Freedom Long’s books flooded back to me and I saw how the different pieces of the puzzle, known as navigating one’s life fit together.

There was no going back. Once I realized how the different author’s explanations related to each other, I saw, in simple terms the functions of our two Minds and what I needed to do to take control of my experience.I believe the ultimate challenge in being human is to remain as observer and not be drawn into the illusions projected as the hologram of our lives. As I teach in my project, “Gateway of the Awakened Spirit,” we, as the conscious mind, experiencing and reacting to life circumstances appearing before us, have the choice of acting as the victim of these circumstances or, we may remember that we have the power of creation over them.
