For a long time, I believed being strong meant holding everything together. It meant pushing through, staying quiet, and carrying more than anyone ever knew.

But over time, my definition of strength began to change.

In this episode, I share my personal journey with strength, and what it used to mean to me, how it shaped the way I moved through life, and why I no longer want to be known only as “the strong one.”

We explore the idea that true strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes, strength looks like resting. Crying. Asking for help. Setting boundaries. Walking away from what no longer feels safe. Choosing yourself, even when it feels uncomfortable.

If you’ve ever felt exhausted from being the one who always holds it all together, this episode is for you.

This is a gentle reminder that strength does not have to mean carrying everything alone.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is finally put it down.
