About this listen

Mental Health was rarely talked about when I needed to talk about it the most. So welcome to my open journal. Judge me all you want, but we are talking about it all: dating, sex, mental breakdowns - all the highs and definitely all of the lows. I've always wanted to be the ear that I needed as a thirteen-year-old girl. Here she is now.Tabithalynn Self-Help Success

Yeah, yeah. Let's skip the awkward introductions and get back to it, shall we?

We are back and a tinge better than ever. I am happy you are still here and willing to listen to me ramble on about life for 30+ minutes.

Anywhozits! Today's episode touches on communication, mental health, and relationships. Again, I am no expert and anything that I say is my opinion unless it is linked down below. I hope you enjoy the episode.

In this episode, we talk about control and how we feel like you we have to have it. But the truth is, none of us have it - depending on how you look at it. We know damn well we don't have it. Join us as we talk about the three types of people in the world and why we always feel like we have to steer the boat. Follow us on Instagram at lynntabitha.

P.S We are also looking for someone with artistic talent to help us with our Podcast. If you are interested, email us at telder.lynn@gmail.com

  • To Figure Out What Happened to January
    Feb 11 2022

(*TW: This week's episode discusses SH) In this week's episode, we discuss what happened the first two weeks of January and how it has paved the way for the remainder of this year. For those who tune in, you might think, "Damn, she really does have like no good days and she's always having a mental breakdown", and if you think that, we are so sorry (don't ask why I am apologizing). But this podcast was created to be a safe space. To talk about the shitty things in life and the good things. That is what we know best, how to maneuver through the shit storm that is life. We'll never judge anyone for the things they are feeling, even if they turn around and point the finger back at us calling us crazy or overdramatic. At the end of the day, we understand. Or at least we're trying to.
