A true story about finding a house full of the artifacts of another person's life, that of the now deceased George. Host, Meike Kopp, explores his fascination with UFO's, the occult, and the paranormal in general. She also begins to experience some unusual communications or clues that seem to have guided her to the house. In Episode 2, she examines the themes of sudden life interruptions, beginning the story as if we were in Pompeii and the world just stopped and the significance of personal artifacts. Through the lens of George's life and belongings, she reflects on how artifacts tell stories and invites us to consider our own legacies. A supernatural, yet true story. Did you ever dream about stumbling onto an abandoned house in the woods filled with strange and beautiful things? Well, during Covid, I found something like that. Not in the woods, but perched on a very steep hill. And inside, the entire life of a man I'd never met. A man who was no longer with us. And his name was George. Inside were old letters, oracle decks, and books on the occult, ritualistic magic, psychic phenomena, UFO's and mediumship. Along with that were tons of bibles and religious items. After unpeeling the layers of George via his objects and stories, our worlds became strangely intertwined.

DID YOU EVER DREAM about FINDING an ABANDONED HOUSE in the woods full of MYSTERIOUS OBJECTS? During Covid, Meike purchased a house on a hill, filled with the contents of another person’s life. The house was overflowing with old letters, oracle decks, and a thousand books focused on ritualistic magic, the paranormal, telepathy, and the occult. All artifacts of a life lived - from the now deceased, yet, mysterious George.

Curiosity in overdrive, Meike scours through his objects, becoming like an archeologist discovering Tutankhamen’s tomb or a forensic detective (without an actual murder). Intent on discovering who George was, and why, as she peels back layer upon layer of his life, his fascination with religion, UFO’s, and psychic phenomena seem to trigger strange coincidences, causing the boundaries between two very different lives to become blurred. Then... visitors begin reporting a friendly ghost in the house.
