Today’s guest is Przemek Wesolowski, but as most know him, Shamrock.

Sham is a strength conditioning coach & business owner from Poland.

The reason I wanted to get Sham on so much was because of his story.

Growing up in Poland, losing his mum and flying to Scotland as a young man, he had to make things happen to build himself up in life.

I know people say this all the time, “He’s one of the nicest guys you will meet”, but with Sham, I couldn’t say that enough.

Everyone I’ve spoken to who knows Sham talks about how kind & caring he is.

He’s an incredible guy who is living an amazing life out here in Thailand.
