So far Mike has had a tremendous career leading teams across the insurance sector and working across the world. Mikes stint at Lloyd’s of London was an amazing yet challenging chapter as Mike learnt his profession through the highs and lows of business and risk management.
Mike has had experience insuring some of the worlds largest yachts from £500k a week rental (yes you read that correctly) to £880m for the yacht itself, Mike provides insight after insight having met owners across the world reminding him that people are just people no matter how successful they have been.
Mike talks about leadership, succession, running a team, analysing risk and what it means to be successful, he even gets his love of football in to boot!
