Joining me is Dr. Sha’Rose Erion, PT, DPT, who helps us unpack why leaking is common but not normal, when to seek pelvic therapy, and why many people are doing Kegels completely wrong.
In this episode we discuss:

❗ Signs it’s time to see a pelvic PT
🧠 Common mistakes people make with Kegels
