We discuss relationships and boundaries both in the office and at home. We understand that running a service based industry can be stressful. We are in the trenches with you. We bring to you insightful content weekly to encourage, inspire, uplift and educate our listeners.

Eric is a professor of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. Jennifer is a Horticulturist and Business Consultant. Together, they own Green Industry Education and Events, Inc. along with Turf Teacher, Inc., and Elite Landscape Contractors, Inc. They have 5 kids and 5 dogs and live on their 30 acre strawberry farm.
