 It's the dead of winter in a small Kansas town, and Luna's diner has been empty for hours. At 3 AM, a man in a heavy coat walks in, orders black coffee, and sits at the last table by the window. He doesn't drink the coffee. He doesn't look at the menu. He just stares out at the snow-covered street, and every few minutes he says the same thing: 'She's late.' Luna tries to make conversation, but he only answers in fragments. As the night wears on, she begins to piece together a story about a woman who never made it home, a car that was found abandoned on a county road, and a promise that was supposed to be kept. By dawn, the man is still waiting, and Luna can't shake the feeling that she's been part of something she will never fully understand. A quiet, haunting encounter about love, loss, and the spaces between.
