In this episode I am speaking about beliefs and why we need to question them. From an early age, we take on beliefs from the people around us and don't realize they are optional. In fact, those thoughts (beliefs are just thoughts we have had on repeat) are so ingrained in us that we begin to think they are factual. We don't question them and we adopt the mindset that it is what it is.

We forget our beliefs are just thoughts that did not even originate from within us. That's why It's essential to take the time to do an inventory on the beliefs that are guiding us in life to determine if they are working for us or against us. This is important especially in terms of our relationships.

Listen to this episode and get educated about how our beliefs go very deep and can work against us. We must be able to separate the fact from fiction in our minds and realize that we can change our beliefs whenever we are inspired. This can literally make or break a relationship so take the time to listen!
