☀️ WELCOME BACK TO IN THE FLOW WITH JO: CONVERSATIONS ON CREATIVITY AND JOY! ☀️

After a long pause, Jo returns with a raw and intimate mini-episode about perfectionism, fear, and the courage to begin again.

Inspired by a conversation about doing one “scary-exciting” thing every day, Jo reflects on why she stepped away from the podcast, what held her back, and how the very thing she created to move through fear became something she avoided. 🙃

    This is an episode about:

    • Letting go of perfectionism
    • Doing the uncomfortable thing anyway
    • Valuing your past creative efforts instead of discarding them
    • Taking one small step to rebuild momentum
    • Being human, being vulnerable, and showing up as you are

⭐ If this episode resonates, share it with someone who needs a little loving push to come back to themselves. 🌱

  • Flow State: Your Menstrual Cycle as a Compass for Creative Living
    Feb 14 2025

Episode Summary: In this episode, we explore the power of menstrual cycle awareness and how tuning into your natural rhythms can transform creativity, productivity, and relationships. Whether you have a cycle yourself or love someone who does, understanding these patterns can bring more ease, compassion, and flow into everyday life.

I’m joined by menstrual mentor Sophie Willow , who shares insights on the Inner Seasons of the Menstrual Cycle—your personal guide to navigating the rise and fall of hormones throughout the month. By recognizing the unique strengths and challenges of each phase, you can work with your cycle instead of against it, making life feel more intuitive and aligned.

    • Characteristics: Discernment, insight, saying ‘no,’ critical perspective, taking responsibility, editing, channeling, losing it.
