About this listen

Think, See, and Live Differently. As God reveals His truth and removes the blinders that keep us from seeing clearly, He calls us not only to reflect on these truths when we rise, when we lie down, and in all we do, but by His Spirit to proclaim the gospel and live in faithful obedience in every area of life. Faith In Everything. As Deuteronomy 6:6-7 reminds us, “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” Faith transforms us from the inside out. As the gospel we proclaim takes root, it changes how we see ourselves, others, and the world. And it becomes evident in what we think, what we say, and what we do. This is more than a podcast; it’s a way of life. A call to see life InSight Out; to live as we were created to live, to flourish as God intends, and to build our lives on the unshakable foundation of His Word. Because how we live matters.Copyright 2025 All rights reserved. Christianity Ministry & Evangelism Spirituality

  • Anchor Points | Ep. 145 | Your Boss Is Younger Than You - Now What?
    Jan 7 2026

Age is just a number, right? Until your new boss is younger than you.

Suddenly it feels like your little sister is telling you what to do. The comparisons start. The resentment creeps in. How did they get that position? What do they have that I don't?

When Devin started a retail training program in his mid-20s, he was excited and eager to learn. Everything was great until he met his supervisor. She was two years younger. And just like that, his pride hijacked everything.

The questions spiraled: How did she get associate level when I'm still assistant? Why am I reporting to someone younger? What is she doing that I'm not?

None of those thoughts helped. But one shift in perspective changed everything.

In this Anchor Point, Devin shares:

    • Why age triggers our pride and comparison more than we admit
    • What God actually cares about when it comes to titles and positions
    • How remembering who you ultimately serve transforms workplace dynamics
    • The freedom that comes when you let go of the comparison game

Scripture (NIV): Colossians 3:23-24 – "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

  • Anchor Points | Ep. 146 | Why Running From Discomfort Is Killing Your Faith
    Jan 6 2026

What do you do when life gets uncomfortable? Run? Avoid it? Pretend it's not happening?

Most of us spend our lives dodging discomfort. We change seats. We ghost the hard conversation. We numb out with whatever's available.

But what if God is actually meeting you in that exact uncomfortable moment you're trying to escape?

On a recent flight, Devin sat next to a woman who was completely drunk. It was barely noon. Her first instinct? Get away. But God had other plans. That uncomfortable seat assignment turned into a God-orchestrated appointment with a woman on her way to rehab, terrified and surrendering her entire life.

In this Anchor Point, Devin shares:

    • Why we instinctively run from discomfort and what we miss when we do
    • How God uses uncomfortable moments to meet us exactly where we are
    • What the cross teaches us about walking through discomfort instead of around it
    • A practical faith exercise you can try today

Scripture (NIV): 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 – "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."

TODAY'S FAITH EXERCISE: Identify one uncomfortable situation you've been avoiding. Instead of running, walk into it while holding the Lord's hand. Notice where God meets you there.

💬 Let's talk more: What is that one uncomfortable situation you've been running from? How would it change if you knew God was already there waiting for you? Join the conversation in the InSight Out Community on Facebook 👉 InSight Out FB Group

  • Anchor Points | Ep. 145 | Is Your Faith Just a Chore Chart? This Will Change How You See God
    Jan 5 2026

Ever feel like your faith has turned into a to-do list? Pray, check. Read your Bible, check. Go to church, check. Sound familiar?

Many of us grew up with chore charts: finish your tasks, get a reward. Maybe it was an ice cream date or extra screen time. But what happens when we bring that same mentality into our relationship with God?

We start focusing more on completing the checklist than actually being with Him. We worry about what we didn't do instead of enjoying who He is. And suddenly, faith feels like work instead of relationship.

In this Anchor Point, Devin shares:

    • Why your faith walk isn't meant to be a performance review
    • The difference between doing for God and being with God
    • How Jesus meets you whether your "spiritual checklist" is complete or not

Scripture (NIV): John 15:4-5 – "Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
