• I Became a Social Media Influencer, The 5 day Challenge
    Nov 10 2025

💫 i gave myself a 5-day content creator challenge: 3 posts a day, no excuses... and honestly? i unlocked a whole new side of myself

i used to be the behind-the-scenes girl. the editor. the one adding the sound design, smoothing the cuts, making people look good. being a video editor actually made it so much easier, i already knew what shots i needed, what jokes would land, what b-roll tells a story. i wasn’t guessing, i was directing my own mini-movies.

and then there’s the coffee plot twist ☕️
i didn’t start drinking coffee until this year… at all... and because i said yes to everything for 5 days, i stumbled into openings, free events, pop-ups, networking nights, random cute markets, and even a few brand collabs. i met creators and founders. i learned how much effort goes into even a 7-second reel: scripting, framing, shooting, lighting, coloring, slicing audio, captions, hooks, pacing. creators don’t “just post.” they produce.

but the secret? once you do it consistently, it feels like play. if you want to start making things… this is your sign ✨

  • Brat Science: How Charli turned Mess into a Movement
    Oct 20 2025
    • what if your “mess” is a method? today, we study charli xcx’s brat engine, "🟩" branding, fast shipping, ruthless edits and turn it into a repeatable workflow. coherence isn’t an accident; it’s a constraint. momentum isn’t luck; it’s sequencing.

    • tour energy for everyday projects: open hard, stack three high-energy beats, leave one surprise reload near the end. this is setlist thinking for creators, students, founders, anyone bored of “later.”

make it now, make it brat.

      journal prompt:

the 7-day brat sprint (in lowercase only):

      • day 1: choose an ugly color + font. name three rules you won’t break. why these?

      • day 2: design a text-only “cover” for your project. what attitude does it telegraph?

      • day 3: write a feral mission statement in ≤30 words. what are you overthrowing?

      • day 4: ship a 30-sec teaser. where did you post it? what did you not explain?

      • day 5: recruit three collaborators. what are their superpowers? what do you offer back?

      • day 6: host a tiny release (ig live or group chat)... what did the room teach you?

      • day 7: debrief: what will you cut, speed up, or amplify next week?

  • The Scene after “Forever”: Plot twist, you’re okay
    Oct 14 2025

Stories teach us that a plot twist isn’t a failure

    but a rewrite.

This week we’re talking endings: the relationships, jobs, and identities we thought were “forever” that quietly turned into limited series. We unpack how characters evolve after the credits and how we can, too. If your plot just flipped, you’re not lost...you’re being written forward.

Limited series love > Love forced forever. Plot twist: you can be heartbroken and hopeful at the same time.

Translation: there’s no deadline, your creative clock runs on you.

You don’t need permission to start, only a first step and some sparkle. Think of your creative journey like a debut: the house lights dim, your heartbeat is the orchestra, and you’re walking onstage as the most you you’ve ever been.

When I get stuck, I imagine a green room crowded with the versions of me who tried. The filmmaker who learned by pressing record on a phone. The writer who said one honest sentence and let it lead to the next. The designer who iterated a hundred messy drafts.

🌟journal prompt: "Pick a celeb/artist you admire. What energy (not aesthetics) do they embody that I want to cultivate? How would that show up in my medium?"
