About this listen

 This is the companion podcast to two websites. The first is about the use of risk analysis in emergency planning and intelligence. The second is to increase understanding about the causes of disasters and loss of life by making it easier to access information on them. This can be from inquests, inquiries or other forms of investigation. The channel will use a mix of interviews, case studies and even some experiments with AI podcasters! The channel logo is a sinking black swan. The concept being that work on better understanding of disasters should allow us to ’sink’ black swan events, especially where they were potentially avoidable or not as unknown as we thought.Copyright 2024 All rights reserved.
