In this episode, I am joined by Kadey and Sarah, the creators of the Not So Molly Mormon Podcast. For the last 2 years, they have dedicated their time to addressing the dark and twisted idealogy and practices of the Mormon Church, and have been a source of connection for ex-members all around the world. Listen as we discuss their journey from devout "Molly Mormons" into leaving the church and everything in-between! See how it was for them growing up with a skewed idea of sex and how they were shamed for masturbating, wearing "immodest clothing", and basically just for existing as a woman in the Mormon Church. We talk about how men are also shamed in the church for masturbation and discuss the infamous and horrible talk by the Mormon apostle Boyd K. Packer as he refers to having wet dreams as "little men in your body working in a factory that produces a life-giving substance." 💦Um, what.
