Morning and evening routine are not for everyone. I have spent years trying out different things that I think will help me ping at the highest level and recently I decided to do a breakdown of my most important daily routines- among those is mediation.
Meditation is not just for monks in monasteries, or ultra spiritualists. I believe it might be one of the best things the average person can do to help them be successful in life.
