  • Everyday Resilience - I needed the breath
    May 8 2026

2018 continued at the whirlwind pace of 2017, this year was full on....

....If I could have begun to understand what 2019 would be like, I think I would have frozen time here. Although I was living at a million miles an hour, there seemed so much potential in life, although I had lived through my divorce and it had been a tough journey, one that I was still very much on, life felt freer, lighter, and I don’t know if I will ever feel that feeling again. I am a firm believer that we are standing where we are now due to our life path and all the things we have done, experienced and witnessed, and I always say that I wouldn’t take anything back, as that would change who I am now. But I wish 2019 could have been different.

I wish I could have had my breathwork practise, I think it would have slowed me down a bit, and I know it would have supported me through the challenges that 2019 bought to us.

  • Everyday Resilience - Learning to live again
    Apr 17 2026

It’s always later when you look back you understand. There were many moments through our relationship that triggered me to grieve, I will share more about this over time. At the time, it felt strange, I was so in love, but something felt difficult inside my heart. I've never really shared about this feeling before, as I felt ashamed I guess, and to be honest at the time, I didn’t really know what was happening. But I realise now, it was just part of my grieving. When I fell in love with Jamie, was the first time I felt it. I guess, inside of me was letting go of when this happened before, was allowing me to move forward, was allowing me to start again...

Continuing the story that leads me to now - 2026.

  • Everyday Resilience - Body Building
    Mar 27 2026

Welcome back to Season 2 of my podcast. This season will see 12 full episodes, I'm keen to share through this season, adversity, bouncing back from life's challenges, everyday resilience - which usually comes with sharing difficulty, tragedy, being vulnerable. It can be heavy to discuss, heavy to hear, but I believe we are all human, and we connect through experience, although none of us can ever have the exact same experience we certainly walk similar paths - and knowing we are never truly alone on the path is often enough to help us to keep walking. When it feels dark outside, know that I or someone else is only steps in front or behind and between us all we will light the way.

    2016... listen now.
