  • Holy NO! Week 1: Healing Doesn't Equal Access
    Feb 20 2026

Healing is beautiful. Growth is sacred. Forgiveness matters. But healing does not automatically mean someone gets continued access to your life.

In this first episode of our Holy No series, we’re talking about the difference between personal healing and relational boundaries — and why those two things are often confused. So many of us have been taught that if we’ve grown, forgiven, or moved forward, we should also reopen doors that once hurt us. But when we look at Jesus, we see someone who loved deeply while still setting limits — someone who walked away from crowds, created space, and protected what the Father was doing in Him.

This conversation is about learning new ways to respond without guilt. It’s about recognizing that boundaries are not punishment, rejection, or bitterness. They are often wisdom. They are often protection. And sometimes, they are deeply Christ-like.

We’re walking this journey too — learning to release what was never ours to carry and discovering what it means to live from identity instead of pressure.

If you’ve ever struggled with feeling like healing means you have to let someone back in… this episode is for you.

  • Monday Minute #20: You Can't Rush Roots
    Feb 16 2026

This week on Monday Minute, Sarah Blankenship shares a powerful reminder from Galatians 6:9 — growth doesn’t happen faster just because we want it to.

No amount of hovering, checking, or prodding will speed up the process. Some of the deepest work God does in our lives happens underground, where we can’t see it yet. Roots are forming. Strength is developing. Foundations are being established.

If this season feels slow, it doesn’t mean you’re stuck. It might mean you’re being established.

Be encouraged to keep going, keep trusting, and don’t grow weary in doing good — because in the right season, the fruit will come.

  • Alli & Hannah. Sacred, Sticky, Steady: Friendship for the Long Haul
    Feb 13 2026

Friendship in your 30s and 40s looks a little different than it did in middle school — and honestly? It’s deeper, messier, and more sacred.

This week we’re joined by BFFs Alli Eastman and Hannah Curry to talk about the kind of friendship that survives sticky car seats, mental health days, busy seasons, and the ups and downs of real life. The kind where kids are loud, cars are messy, texts go unanswered sometimes… but the love never wavers.

We talk about: • Showing up when it’s inconvenient • Being dragged out of the house when anxiety says “stay home” • The beauty of covenant friendships • And how sometimes when we feel lonely, it’s not because we’re left out — it’s because we’re being set apart

This conversation is honest, hopeful, and a reminder that deep, faithful friendships still exist. The kind that reflect God’s covenant love — steady, committed, and for the long haul.

Tag your bestie. Send this to the friend who has seen you at your worst and stayed anyway. 💛

And remember… when we’re together, it’ll always be fun.
