Our first Spotlight Exclusive is the multi-talented, multi-layered Jake Hoard. Before Jake had became the Spotlight Fantasy executive chef he was a rising star at Farina Restaurant. His first year orchestrating the Mass Capital Draft Party dinner was a sight to behold. Course after course of perfectly prepared cuisine took our event to new heights.
