About this listen
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Christ God forgave you.” — Ephesians 4:32
Forgiveness can feel difficult because the hurt we carry is real and often deep. God does not ask us to pretend the pain didn’t matter or to rush healing before it has time to work. Instead, He invites us to release what we were never meant to carry alone. Forgiving does not excuse the wrong or remove boundaries, but it does free our heart from being shaped by bitterness. As we remember how fully God has forgiven us, we can take a steady step toward healing, trusting Him to do the work within us even when forgiveness feels hard.
