John is the Managing Director of ProCom Consulting Pty Ltd, a training and consultancy that helps frontline workers manage situations where they are confronted by people in crisis or otherwise struggling. John has a long police career and was one of the premier negotiators for Victoria Police and the Australian Federal Police (AFP). It was during his time at AFP that he developed the training packages that he and his team now teach to organisations right across Australasia.
