Welcome Back to Laced...coming to you live from Tropical Drive! It has been two years since I have touched this beautiful creation & now as we celebrate her 2nd birthday...it feels like a redemption song is in order!

As the infamous legend of all time Bob Marley sang: "Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds." -Redemption Song.

To rise into ALL you came here to truly be is one of the most difficult challenges life offers. In order to follow your true north, you must let your deepest desires come to the forefront. Your own mind can convince you the direct opposite & throw procrastination, distractions & unworthiness every step of the way. You must lead with your heart while still uniting with your mind, body & soul. There is great wisdom & epicness when one takes the WHOLE approach in life.

Tune into this radical episode of an introduction to theRAPy. This episode dives into how I was able to get over a man I fell into the 'Dick Sand' with & ended up rapping it enough to not just move through the feels but also to ignite them into a new found friendship.
