Today's episode features an interview with Dr. Mihails Ščepanskis, an expert in #physics, #electromagnetics #simulation and #modelling, and #enterpreneurship with 16+ years of experience ✨. He is a Doctor of Physics and graduate of Mini-MBA programm with about 16 years of experience in physics, electromagnetics, simulation and modelling. Dr. Ščepanskis worked at such organizations as Argonne National Laboratory in Lemont, Illinois, United States, at Swiss Neutron Source at Paul Scherrer Institute in Switzerland, and the University of Latvia and its branch, Institute of Numerical Modelling. Mihails received Werner von Siemens Excellence Award from Siemens for the best PhD thesis in applied science. He is also a winner of the pitch competition at Digital Freedom Festival organized by SF based fund 500 Startups. In 2017 he co-founded startup CENOS which received its first fundings from American fund 500 startups, Estonian fund Startup Wise Guys and some Baltic business angels. He lives in Latvia and currently is CEO of CENOS, a company developing 3D simulation software for Radio Frequency, Induction Heating and Wireless Charging simulations which is used by such companies as Volkswagen, ThyssenKrupp, and Taylor Winfield.
