  • We are Back! Let's get the Jam with Jayme
    May 6 2024

    Hello Listeners:

we are back! I know it has been a few months, I took some time off for my mental health but now we are going to hit the ground running with this new season! Our guest this week is Jayme Graves.

Jayme Graves, a Nashville native and songwriter, is on a bold mission to "queer music city" and foster a more inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals within the music industry. With a deep-rooted connection to their hometown, Jayme is not only dedicated to creating powerful and resonant music but also to breaking down barriers in the industry.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Paramore, Tegan & Sara, Jimmy Eat World and others, Jayme Graves delivers a unique blend of rock, pop and singer/songwriter tracks that captivate fans with their intensity and authenticity. Through their music, Jayme seeks to create a sonic landscape that transcends boundaries and resonates with listeners from all walks of life.

Their songs have been listed as “one to watch” by the Nashville Songwriters Association and they also are a champion of mental health and regularly share resources for their community members and volunteer their time to organizations such as To Write Love on Her Arms and The Trevor Project.

Beyond the stage, Jayme is a passionate advocate for diversity and representation within the music community. By challenging norms and pushing for a more inclusive environment, they are actively contributing to the transformation of Nashville's music scene. Jayme Graves stands as a beacon for change, using their artistry to not only entertain but also to inspire a new era of acceptance and unity in the world of rock music.
