Breast Cancer Network Australia has released new resources designed specifically for LGBTIQ+ people diagnosed with breast cancer — support that reflects real experiences and helps individuals make informed decisions throughout their cancer journey.

In this Queer Conversation, Professor Jane Ussher joins couple Mel & Riki to discuss the Out With Cancer study, led by Western Sydney University, which explored the experiences of LGBTIQ+ cancer survivors, carers, and healthcare professionals. The study revealed a clear need for LGBTIQ+-specific cancer information, leading to the development of these new, inclusive resources.
