    It’s time to remember your vision and your dreams. 

    In this podcast I share a bit about my childhood dreams and how childlike innocent faith is injected with divine power to make those dreams come true. 

    Now more than ever neuroscience helps us understand how our belief about who we are in the world determines where our lives take us. 

    This episode is just an introduction to the following ones that will explore this subject in more depth. The goal of this series is to inspire and prepare you to welcome the new year with a new mindset.

    If you feel stuck in any way I encourage you to seek to understand your internal hidden image of yourself, knowing that you can change, overcome and achieve anything when you learn to shift your mind and create a new mental image of who you want to be in this world.

    I believe with all my heart that this 2024 you can conquer any new year resolution you choose for yourself, whether it is an internal or external goal, a transformation, the making or breaking of habits or behaviors — if you truly understand the role that your subconscious image of yourself plays in your life.

    I offer you my life experience, my professional knowledge and expertise to help you strengthen yourself to succeed. You choose your goal with heartfelt determination and willingness to do the work it takes to achieve, I share what I know to empower you to believe in yourself more than you ever have. 

    Our internal self image is the result of all of our lives’ experiences, and particularly of our childhood, it lives in our subconscious self and fully controls most of our lives. So your homework until the next episode is for you to do some soul searching and to do your very best to identify the parts of your subconscious self image that have not served you or gotten in the way of your achieving the life of your dreams.

    In the next episode we will talk about how to leave both, any life obstructing past, and your hidden, life sabotaging self image, behind — so that you can finally start living to your fullest potential.
